For small interstate carriers with 2–15 trucks
Keep every driver file deadline on one calendar
You run the trucks; we keep the DOT paperwork clocks straight. Driver File tracks MVR annual reviews, medical certificates, CDL renewals, Clearinghouse annual queries, and the rest of your 49 CFR 391 and 382 driver-qualification deadlines, so nothing lapses between dispatches.
Built for owner-operators and small fleets running 2 to 15 power units.
What it tracks
The DOT clocks that actually matter
Driver File computes each deadline from the dates you enter and the rule that governs it — not a one-size-fits-all annual reminder.
Medical examiner certificate
49 CFR 391.45 — up to 24 months from issue, or a shorter examiner-set interval if one applies. No grace period once it expires.
Annual MVR review
49 CFR 391.25 — a rolling 12-month review of each driver's motor vehicle record, due again one year from the last review.
CDL expiration
State-issued CDL expiration date, carried exactly as your driver or state DMV reports it.
Clearinghouse annual query
49 CFR 382.701(d) — a limited query at least once every rolling 365 days from the last query.
Road test, application, and more
The full 49 CFR 391.51 DQ-file checklist is available on every driver record, with a purge-eligibility date tracked for each document.
Drug & alcohol program items
49 CFR 382 deadlines and document dates live alongside the 391 file, so one calendar covers the whole qualification picture.
What your fleet gets
One dashboard, every driver
A fleet deadline calendar
Every active driver's medical cert, MVR, CDL, and Clearinghouse date, color-coded green, amber, or red, across the next 12 months.
Reminders at 30, 14, 7, and 1 day
Automatic email reminders before each deadline — timed so a lapsed certificate never surprises you on a Monday morning.
Per-driver intake
Hire date, CDL state and number, medical cert issue date, examiner interval, last MVR review, and last Clearinghouse query — all in one place.
CSV and ICS export
Download the full deadline calendar as CSV for a safety audit, or as an ICS file to drop into Outlook, Google Calendar, or Apple Calendar.
A document checklist
Each driver's page lists the 49 CFR 391.51 items and purge-eligibility dates, so you know what should be on file and for how long.
Magic-link sign-in
No passwords to lose. Sign in from any device with a one-time email link, and pick up right where you left off.

What we never do
- No legal compliance determination — we compute dates from the rules and the facts you provide; your safety officer or counsel makes the call.
- No DOT filing, no Clearinghouse query submission, and no medical examiner service — we track deadlines and hold your dates, not perform the regulated acts.
- 013 Labs never stores CDL numbers or medical details anywhere except in your own Supabase tenant, and we do not sell or share fleet data.
Pricing
$75/month minimum (2–3 trucks). 14-day free trial, cancel anytime.
No charge for 14 days. After the trial, $25 per truck per month with a $75 minimum until you cancel — no long-term contract.

FAQ
Plain-English answers
Do I need all my driver files before I start the trial?
No. Start with your email and truck count, sign in, then add drivers one at a time. Each driver needs a name and at least one deadline date to show up on the calendar.
What if I have fewer than 3 trucks?
The price is $25 per truck per month with a $75 monthly minimum, so a 2-truck fleet pays the $75 floor. Fleets above 15 trucks should email us before signing up.
Can I export the calendar?
Yes. Inside the app you can download the full deadline list as CSV for a safety audit, or as an ICS file to import into any calendar app.
Is this a DOT compliance service?
No. Driver File is a deadline-and-record-tracking tool. Compliance decisions, medical certifications, MVR pulls, and Clearinghouse queries are your responsibility or your vendor's.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Your card is charged automatically at $25/truck/month (minimum $75) unless you cancel first. Cancel anytime from Settings — no phone call required.
How do the reminders work?
The app sends one daily digest email per account with deadlines coming up at 30, 14, 7, or 1 day. You choose the email address and which windows to use in Reminder Settings.
